Payment:• All prices are in USD• I only accept upfront payment• I can only accept payments through PayPal.• All prices are subject to change based on character/background complexity, and the final price will be negotiated and agreed upon before payment.• I will begin work only after we have agreed on starting the commission and the payment has been received.Commissioner Usage:• The art you commission is for PERSONAL USE ONLY (wallpaper, profile picture, or print for yourself)• You are not allowed to use my art and/or altered versions of it for merchandise or any forms of sales or promotion.• For commercial use or extended projects/contracts, please contact me through email to negotiate pricing and details.• If you request your finished commission not to be posted and be kept private, there will be a privacy fee.Refunds and Cancellation:• No refunds are allowed once payments are received.• You may cancel a commission at any time before I receive payment.• I have the right to decline the commission if it is something that I can't or don't want to draw• If payment has not been made within 7 days, I have the right to cancel the commissionCopyright:• I own all rights to the art that I create and may use it for profit• Credit must be given if you choose to use or upload the artwork somewhere.• You are not allowed to trace, steal, modify, edit, or claim my works as your own.• You are not allowed to use my art for NFT or AI learning.General• You are allowed to make only 2 changes during the sketching phase and none afterwards.• Commissions will be done one at a time, I do not work on multiple commissions at the same time, and in no rush whatsoever.• By commissioning me, it means that you have read and accepted all the terms listed above.Commission Process• contact > invoice > payment > sketch > lineart > flat coloring > rendering > complete• I will give you an estimated delivery time (depending on the complexity).
